Quality Control Supervisor

This is a lead position and requires experience with quality standards, inspections, internal auditing as well as continuous improvement initiative.
The candidate should have leadership experience, self-motivated, active, and attentive to details.
The qualified individual would also need to be computer literate and able use and understand precise measuring instruments, in order to ensure that manufacturing/production processes meet customer's specific standards on both domestic and international levels.
Requirements:
Must be able to read blueprints Must be able to use precise measuring instruments Supervisory experience Punctuality and reliability a must Ability to work as a team or independently Knowledge of management systems such as:
total quality management, ISO 9001:
2015, TS-16949 and customer's specific quality standards Additional Preferred Competencies:

Perform routine inspections of current production parts Perform outside process inspections and audits, both during and at completion of production Review customer requirements and ensuring adherence to customer quality requirements and conformity with our internal quality system Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports; Setting up/maintaining controls and documentation procedures Supervise/train departmental staff as requested Employee will learn and assist in the production process, i.
